Callahan & Galloway, Inc. opened its doors on June 1, 1995.  Joe Callahan and Nancy Galloway started the company with the idea to provide the smaller investment property owner a management company willing to handle a single property or small group of units.  Auben Galloway joined the team of partners in the Spring of 1999.  Together, we have the knowledge and experience to confidently address your housing or property management needs.  Today, we currently manage over 500 rental units.

Callahan & Galloway, Inc. employs its own maintenance staff willing to tackle the day-to-day needs of tenants or property owners, as well as providing a 24 hour answering service to handle emergency issues.  Our maintenance supervisor, Eddie, has been with Callahan & Galloway, Inc. since 1996.

Callahan & Galloway, Inc. staffs friendly office personnel who are knowledgeable of the properties managed in our company.  They treat the tenants, owners and prospective tenants with courtesy and respect, while standing firm with our office policies created by the partners.

Callahan & Galloway, Inc. is conveniently located in The District at 415 Locust, Suite A, Columbia, Missouri.  We purchased the location of our business in Fall of 1997, and through extensive renovations, were able to open our new doors in late 1998.
