Please Read Before Submitting An Online Application:

We are pleased that you have decided to submit an application with Callahan & Galloway.  Recently, we have noticed some confusion with the application process  and we would like to clarify the steps necessary for viewing a property.  First, once you have fully completed and submitted an application, please call and/or come by the office.  Submitting the online application does not complete the application process.  It is and has always been Callahan & Galloway’s policy to pre-approve all applicants before property showings.  This does require all applicants to provide proper ID, Social Security number, and the $10 application fee.  We enjoy meeting our prospective tenants face-to-face and the online application prevents us from doing so.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and look forward to meeting with you.  Thank you!
