We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 recommendations by the CDC and other federal and local government agencies. In order to do our part in maximizing social distancing, we are limiting our office hours to 9 AM – 3 PM until Wednesday, April 1st. Maintenance and office staff will work in shifts to maximize social distancing. We’re continuing to operate as usual, answering phone calls, responding to emails, etc., but keeping our door locked to the public until further notice. Information and recommendations are evolving daily and thus will our reactions as a company.
For applicants and inquirers: We will continue to accept and process online applications at this time. Virtual showings of vacant properties is an option for approved applicants. Leases can be sent and signed electronically.
For our current tenants: Maintenance will also continue to operate Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Throughout the next two weeks, maintenance work will be restricted to vacant units, grounds/outdoor projects, and emergency maintenance for occupied units. TENANTS MUST BE PRESUMABLY HEALTHY (no fever, no cough) or maintenance guys will not enter occupied units even in an emergency.
Emergency maintenance parameters are as follows:
We STRONGLY encourage and urge to you to utilize your tenant portal for maintenance requests and tenant payments for the foreseeable future. Please contact the office if you need directions on establishing your portal. We do have a mail slot to the right of the front door where rent & correspondence can be dropped off. In order to mitigate potential exposure, we request you please attempt to pay rent & correspond with our office electronically until future notice.
Our Answering Service has been made aware of our updated hours of operation from 9 AM to 3 PM and will screen emergency calls as usual. It is always and will continue to be our standard of service to respond to your inquiries as promptly as possible.
These are unprecedented and trying times for everyone right now. We need to practice good communication and be good humans now more than ever.
